Class Schedule

 

S&C Class: Strength & Conditioning 60 min group workouts which feature exercises that focus on the various aspects of fitness including strength, power, endurance, mobility and flexibility. All exercise in the workouts can be scaled according to the skills of the individual or if there are any injury considerations. 

Skill Development Class *By appointment only: An introductory class that focuses on developing fundamental movements of training. Appropriate for those that are new, returning to or unfamiliar with resistance training.

Open Gym: Gym access is available for all members during regular opening hours and outside of class times.
