1) Do I need to be fit to join Aspire?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! We welcome everyone and our experienced coaches are trained to adjust workouts appropriate to each athlete.


2) What type of services do you offer?

3) Where is the gym and is there parking?

Please click here for the gym location and the best place to park would be Angelo Street (paid parking) or Bay Road (2 hours free).

 

4) What if I have a injury?

We recommend informing our staff about the full extent of any current or past injuries in order to enable our coaches to provide the best experience possible.

 

5) Do you have any lock-in contracts or joining fees?

We have no lock-in contracts or joining fees, simply cancel your membership by providing 2 weeks notice.

 

6) How do I pay?

Our preferred method of payment is via direct debit; this will be set up upon joining. We do offer monthly invoicing as an alternative.

 

7) How do I cancel my membership?

Cancelling your membership is as simple as providing 2 weeks notice by email to one of our staff members.

 

8) What should I bring to training?

You should wear sports clothes and shoes, all equipment is provided at the training. We recommend you bring a water bottle.

 

9) Do you have showers?

There is a shower located in the bathroom.

  

10) What time is the gym open?

Monday-Sunday: 6am-10pm. Any amendments are posted on the Aspire Facebook Page
