At Aspire, we believe in setting goals, measuring progress, training hard and having fun. We welcome clients and athletes of all shapes and sizes who share these values.

Membership:

We have two primary services we offer 1-on-1 Personal Training and Small Group Personal Training. We recommend every new member commence with an Intro Pack in order to become familiar with our system of training. We have no joining fees, no lock-in contracts and all of our memberships can be cancelled with 2 weeks notice.

Intro Pack - 4 x 1:1 Personal Training Sessions  

For clients new to exercise/training, we highly recommend commencing with the Intro Pack. You will learn the fundamental movements and skills of our training system: 

Price: $260 for 4 x 1 hour sessions.

Some of the things we may cover are:

  • Warm-up and Cool-down exercises and routines such as Foam rolling, Dynamic stretches, Static stretches, Activation work
  • Lower body movements such as Back Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Deadlift, Sumo Deadlifts, Romanian Deadlifts, Lunges, Step-ups
  • Upper body movements such as Presses, Chin-ups, Pull-ups, Push-press, DB presses, DB rows
  • Movement skills such as Jumping & Landing technique, Rowing technique, Olympic Lifting Exercises (Clean & Jerk and Snatches) and Kettlebell Fundamentals (Swings + Clean and Press)
 

Personal Training:

Personal training is recommended for those that desire or require exclusive coaching attention that can help cater to the needs and goals of the client which leads to faster results and technique development.

Depending on your goals and requirements this may include a weekly or fortnightly program.

Price: $85 per 1 hour session - $70 per 45 min session

 

Small Group Training: 

These Strength & Conditioning (S&C) classes aim to develop general fitness which combines various elements of strength training and fitness development. 

There are two membership options for these classes, our twice-a-week membership which gives you access to two classes a week and the unlimited option which gives you access to all weekly classes. 

Price: Unlimited $60 per week, Twice-a-week $45 per week

Athlete Development Program: 

Strength and Conditioning is an integral part of any professional, amateur or club grade athlete’s training regimen. Aspire's coaches are specialists in developing and delivering performance training programs to the highest of standards.

Further our practices are backed by the latest evidence-based exercise science research and all programs are optimised and tailored specifically according to the needs of the athlete and demands of their sport.

Depending on your goals and requirements this may include a weekly or fortnightly program.

Price: $85 per 1 hour session - $70 per 45 min session

 

Emergency response personnel, students and seniors will receive a 10% discount on all memberships.
